During my CCIE Studies I have moved over to a Standing Desk which I spend most of time studying at whilst standing. I have developed a keen interest in the whole phenomenon of the sitting disease and think more people should try it.
My CCIE Blog will return to the some more technical posts soon but I just wanted to share this video as this is how my colleagues think about my standing desk!
