The Roost Stand Discount Code

Home » Work from Home Tips » Laptop Stands

Since my first post on the Roost Laptop Stand I have been overwhelmed with comments on my new portable laptop stand the biggest one is where did you buy it from?
The great guys at Roost have given me a Roost Stand Discount Code that you can use at the checkout to get a 10% discount. If you don’t want to read the whole post the discount code is TCHH4L

So this is how you buy one.

How to use the Roost Stand Discount Code

Currently the Roost Stand only ships from  the US but delivery is very quick if you select the DHL option and mine was delivered in 2 days! (I live in the UK.)

Before you purchase a Roost Stand you need to make sure that it will fit your laptop. Check the fitting guide here. It will fit all Mac Laptops except the 11″ Air

For non-mac laptops you need to make sure your laptop has a clam shell hinge, sadly if it has not you will not be able to use the roost stand. The stand is so good it is almost worth buying a mac to be able to use the roost stand!

For reference I use a Thinkpad Lenovo T440  and its fits perfectly as it has a clam style lid.

So onto the purchase procedure

  • Point your favourite browser to www.rooststand.com
  • Scroll down the page and click on Shop Roost
  • Choose which colour you want. All Black or Mac Silver ( I wish I had chosen the Mac Silver now for an extra $5!)
  • Select which size you want.

For your information it does not really matter which size you select here as whichever one you choose you get the same roost stand but just adjusted to one of three different settings.

Changing the size of roost is very simple and just a case of removing one pin and moving the pivot point of the stand so it will open wider.

  • Select your shipping option (I used DHL and delivery was very quick)
  • Use your roost discount code of TCHH4L to receive your 10% discount at the checkout
  • Wait for the delivery man to bring you the ultimate foldable portable laptop stand that money can buy!

Now I just want to explain that I do not work for roost. I am just a happy customer who had followed this project on kickstarter and then purchased the product when it went live. I just hope this short review has helped one more person purchase this amazing laptop stand and take one less visit to the chiropractor.

For me it has answered one of the main problems in my working life and that is how to get my laptop screen up to a height that I am not hunched over looking at it. They have achieved this goal in a small and strong stand that you can take anywhere.

On top of that the product comes with a 90 day money back guarantee and a lifetime warranty. It is made so well and the materials used make me think that it will last a long time.
