Cisco Commerce Workspace CCW for Quotes & Estimates

The Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) is a multipurpose tool for Cisco Partners and employees to quickly create a Bill of Materials with list price quotes.

To access the Cisco Commerce Workspace go to http://www.cisco.com/go/ccw

Create quote in Cisco Commerce Workspace – CCW

To create a quote click on the Estimates & Configurations

The first thing you should do is to change the quote reference to something you can recognise later.

By clicking on the Pencil to the right of the Estimate name you can change it something more relevant to your quote.

In this example I have changed it to Lan-Refresh-Customer-X you can use any platform

The next step it to look for the hardware you require, type the name of the hardware into the search box.

For more accurate results enter the SKU of the hardware. It might ask you for more information on the device or services required the process is very simple and all quotes are just added to your account

As soon as you click on your hardware the list price is entered into the quote. You can also see any deals available to you.

You can then select software and support options required.

Once you have created your qoute you can share it or export it.

The most popular choice here is to just export it as an .xls for distributing to your customers.

There is much more to this tool than can be described here so I would recommend just logging into the tool and seeing what you can do with it.
